This year, Les Scientifines are starting the school year in new locations!
Due to renovations in our 525 Dominion facilities, our after-school activities will take place directly in your daughterโs school: Victor Rousselot or De la Petite-Bourgogne. The Science Fair sessions will be held at CรDA. As for our activities in Saint-Lรฉonard, we will continue to serve the same schools as last year!

Back-to-school season is approaching, and our โScience Activities for Girlsโ program, designed for girls ages 8 to 17, kicks off on September 2 in the South-West and on September 8 in Saint-Lรฉonard.
On the agenda: homework help, a variety of science workshops, support for Science Fair projects, parties, outings, and much more!
In June, we celebrate our successโฆ and dream even bigger!
Thanks to your support, more than 300 girls discovered science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) at our two locations this year. Curious, engaged and inspired, they explored a world of possibilities.
But our mission doesn’t stop here.
We’re appealing to your generosity so that, starting next fall, we can enable even more girls to develop their full potential. Help us to go even further! Every donation makes a real difference.
Discover our Science Workshops for Day Camps!
We invite day camps on the island of Montreal to register for our workshops, where scientific exploration and discovery will be at the heart of every activity for children aged 5 and up.
From June 23 to August 15, 2025, our program will feature 15 scientific activities designed to awaken the curiosity of our young participants. Fun experiments, stimulating challenges and interactive learning await them at every workshop.

Finally, congratulations to the girls for their efforts, creativity and perseverance throughout their project. This year, 75 of them persevered right to the end to complete their project and present it to the public. Well done, girls!
The latest edition of Savoir with Les Scientifines!
In this edition, the girls take you on a journey through a range of interesting topics, from tsunamis and volcanoes to fireworks and plane crashes. They explain the effects of cannabis and food on our brains.
With the app they introduce you to, you’ll be able to identify the plants around you like experts. Finally, they share with you a piece of the extraordinary story of Les Scientifines, told by its founders.

Our participants had the unique opportunity to visit the L’Orรฉal Canada factory and go behind the scenes of hair dye manufacturing!

โ ..On soutient Les Scientifines, depuis des annรฉes. La raison pour laquelle on est particuliรจrement fiรจres, c’ est parce que M. Bombardier avait 5 enfants : 2 garรงons et 3 filles. Dans les annรฉes 50, les sciences n’รฉtaient pas vues comme un dรฉbouchรฉ vraiment naturel pour les femmes, donc ses deux garรงons ont suivi ses traces mais pas du tout les filles. Nous sommes persuadรฉs que s’ il y avait eu des activitรฉs comme celles des Scientifines qui permettaient ร la fois de donner le goรปt des sciences mais aussi de faire la dรฉmonstration que les filles sont toutes aussi bonnes que les garรงons en science, รงa aurait vraiment changรฉ les choses plus rapidement .”
